Swathi is the Co-Founder & Managing Director of The Skin Firm, bringing a unique blend of scientific rigour and creative vision to everything she does. Alongside Dr Naren, she helped build The Skin Firm into Sheffield's premier doctor-led aesthetic clinic, shaping its values, culture, and commitment to exceptional patient care.
A dedicated mother of two, Swathi leads the clinic with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and outstanding patient care. Her strong background in Information Technology brings a rare blend of strategic thinking and technical expertise, overseeing marketing, business operations, and service delivery, and refining every process through smart automation so the clinic runs seamlessly from start to finish.
